About the Project

Built an integrated loyalty and points system connecting all chain branches with a mobile app, enabling points collection, redemption, and personalized offers.

We developed an integrated loyalty system for one of the largest retail chains in the Kingdom, connecting over 50 branches in a single centralized system. The system is built on Flutter for mobile and Node.js for the server with MongoDB for data, Redis for caching, and Firebase for push notifications. The app allows customers to collect points from any branch and redeem them for exclusive offers. The system also includes a smart recommendation engine that analyzes customer behavior and suggests personalized offers, increasing repeat purchase rate by 35%.
